Responsable de Inversiones (Inmobiliario) / Senior Investment Manager
Your responsibilities
- Deal sourcing: Build and maintain relationships with local brokers, developers and owners; develop a strong pipeline in Spain
- Transaction execution: Lead acquisitions from first contact to closing (incl. due diligence coordination, structuring, negotiation)
- Financial modelling: Build acquisition models independently
- Interface with HQ: Coordinate closely with our Hamburg headquarters (Investment Committee, Risk/Compliance, Valuation etc.) and ensure high-quality reporting
- Build-up mindset: Help shape the local set-up in Madrid
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in real estate investments/transactions
- Proven track record of personally driving transactions (not only supporting)
- Strong Spanish market knowledge and an established local network
- Entrepreneurial ownership mindset, hands-on execution, high initiative
- Strong communication and persuasion skills; credible in representing HIH
- Languages: Native-level Spanish, fluent English; German is a plus
