Asset Manager International (m/f/d) at the location Amsterdam
Your responsibilities
- Management of commercial properties (international) with a focus on office, retail and logistic properties
- Selection and management of service providers - in particular commercial and technical property management in Germany and abroad as well as development and maintenance of a corresponding network
- Management of letting processes - active involvement in lease negotiations
- Active support of major tenants
- Development and implementation of sustainable property strategies incl. ESG criteria
- Taking over the role of building owner in expansion and modernization measures
- Ongoing identification of cost drivers and yield-reducing factors as well as development and implementation of innovative and sustainable solutions
- Ongoing property valuation (DCF), yield and profitability calculations, reconciliation of forecast and budget planning
- Preparation of budgets and business plans, reporting and controlling for the assigned portfolio
- Completed studies in business administration and/or commercial training with additional real estate qualification (e.g. real estate economist)
- Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry; ideally complemented by relevant knowledge in asset management for European portfolio properties
- High level of entrepreneurial thinking, ability to work in a team and openness to work with other cultures
- Confident appearance, assertiveness and negotiating skills
- General understanding of fund accounting processes and requests
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- A very good command of English and Dutch, both written and spoken, German language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel
